Condom Card Scheme (C-Card)
Only condoms protect against STI’s and pregnancy, so make sure that you always have condoms with you and know how to use them safely.
At Luton Sexual Health we offer the Condom Card scheme where you can get condoms sent to you via post, or collect from local pharmacies free of charge.
C Cards come in two types:
C Card (24 years and under)
You can sign up to the C Card via phone and have condoms posted to you. Or you can sign up and collect condoms from pharmacies across Luton. See our pharmacy list to find locations near you which provide the C Card service.
You can also sign up at Luton Sexual Health if you are attending for a booked appointment.
C-Card+ (25 years and older)
You can sign up to the C Card via text and have condoms posted to you. You can also sign up at Luton Sexual Health if you are attending for a booked appointment.
C-Card+ is NOT available at local pharmacies.
Registering via phone
If you want to register for the C-Card or C-Card+ :
If you are aged under 18 – please call 07976406909 or 07976406912 (under 18’s service only)
If you are aged 18 and over – text “register please” to 07977189181 with the following information:
- Full name
- Full address including postcode
- Age
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- Any specific requirements for example – latex free/size requirements
You will then be sent your C-Card with condoms to your address.
Requesting condoms via post
Once you have your C-Card or C-Card+, send the text message “condoms please” to 07977189181 with the following information:
- Full name
- Full address including postcode
- Age
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- Any specific requirements for example – latex free/size requirements
- A photo of your condom card
Please also let us know if you require lube, we can send sachets out to you with your condoms.
The number is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm only. Messages received outside of these times will be responded to at the next possible availability.
