15/11/21 – WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING AN ISSUE WITH OUR RECEPTION PHONE LINE. IT WILL RING BUT IT IS NOT CONNECTING TO US DUE TO AN ISSUE WITH THE HOSPITAL TRUST PHONE LINES. THIS IS BEING LOOKED IN TO URGENTLY, APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE WHILST YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO US

 

08/11/21 – DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WE MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS TO OUR TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT CLINICS AND IN RESPONDING TO MESSAGES TODAY. WE ALSO HAVE A REDUCED NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE TO BOOK TODAY DUE TO THIS.  THE ISSUES ARE BEING LOOKED IN TO URGENTLY, WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE

SERVICE UPDATE 15/06/21: At busy times of the day we are experiencing long queues to access the Arndale House lifts. Please allow extra time to get to your appointment. Alternatively, if you are able to take the stairs you can use The Mall stairs or lift to the left of the entrance to Arndale House. Take these stairs or lift to level 5 and follow the signs to Arndale House, there is another short flight of stairs after you come out on to level 5.
