You will be given a date and time of your booked Telephone Consultation appointment, and will be called within an hour of the time stated.
Please make sure you are available to answer your phone and talk privately during this timeframe. The call will come from a withheld number or a Luton & Dunstable Hospital number.
If you do not answer after a few attempts, you will be marked as not attending and you will need to contact us again to book a new appointment.
Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so the slot can be given to another client. This can be done by calling reception. Thank you.
