Dear Clients, due to the Covid -19 pandemic we have had to make some changes to our service in order to keep both you and our workforce safe.
Please click on the menu links to see more information on our services and precautions (at the side or above, depending on which device you are using to view this website).
We will keep these pages updated with information about which services we are providing at any given time, so please check website details regularly.
At the moment there are no routine Walk In & Wait sessions, so please do not just come to clinic. Currently ALL client assessments are firstly completed over the phone.
Please book a Telephone Consultation appointment online or via reception on 01582 497070.
LSH is operating Monday to Friday – dealing with:
- Sexual assault (within the last 7 days)
- Emergency contraception/Oral Contraceptive Pill
- Under 16s
- Limited face to face interventions
Please only attend clinic if you have been asked to do so by a member of Luton Sexual Health staff following a Telephone Consultation.
Where possible, routine appointments will take place as Telephone Consultations rather than face to face visits in clinic. However, you may still be asked to attend clinic to pick up medication or for blood tests.
Please see our information page on Covid-19 & HIV.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. By respecting these safety measures, we will also be respecting and protecting each other.
